Join ECO4 Gurus as a
Freelance RC and Designer Surveyor
ECO4 Gurus are growing a national team of RC's and Designers to carry out site inspection on projects with high risk measures.
This is a requirement under PAS2035:2023 for projects that include solid wall insulation, room-in-roof insulation, flat roof insulation or underfloor insulation.
You will be required to attend site mid or post install, complete the survey for the relevent high risk measure, record the ventilation at the time of inspection and raise details relating to nonconformities and defects.
To apply you will need to be one of the following:
- An accredited Retrofit Coordinator
- A chartered building surveyor (MRICS or FRICS).
- A chartered architectural technologist (MCIAT or
FCIAT) registered by the Chartered Institute of
Architectural Technologists (CIAT) - An architect registered by the Architects Registration
Board (ARB) - A professional member of CIOB
- Hold a L2 qualification or higher for the Measure to be surveyed
